RECTORVILLE Woodford R. Howard, 73, of the Rectorville community passed away Sunday, May 7, 2017 at his residence.  Mr. Howard was born on March 21, 1944 in Nicholas County, Kentucky son of the late Harold & Florence Staniford Howard. He was a former employee of the Parker Tobacco Company and later retired from Federal Mogal in Maysville.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Virginia Lucas Howard, three sons; Glen Howard of Sparta, Robin Howard of Critten, Florida, and Wayne Howard of Lewisburg, his daughter, Regina Scott of Rectorville, and his grandchildren; John Michael Howard, Kent Fields & Derek Gill, and a special grandson, Eric Applegate.  .

In accordance with Mr. Howard's wishes all services will be private. Interment will be in the Green Acres Cemetery in Maysville.  The Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory of May's Lick is serving the family.  Online condolences may be given at www.palmerfuneralhome.net.
