MAYS LICK Calvin Ray Hunt, Sr., 68, of Lexington, Formerly of May’s Lick passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Calvin was born on August 7, 1951 in Fleming County to the late Robert Lee & Imogene Earlywine Hunt. He was a retired farmer and an avid outdoorsman in every way.
In addition to his parents Calvin was preceded in death by a son, Calvin Ray Hunt, Jr, a sister, Nancy M. Hunt, and two brothers, Harley & Bobby Hunt.
Survivors include two daughters, Shellie (Matthew) Bragdon & Jolena (William) Blevins, a stepdaughter, Marsha (Dionisio) Lanza, and a stepson, Richard (Leah) Hunt, eight grandchildren, Thomas, Benjamin & Corinthea Lewis, Geoffrey Davies, Cody & Timothy Waters, Nicholas Hunt and Zachary Kiskaden;, four step-grandchildren, Elia & Anthony Lanza, Richard Hunt, III and Brittany Hunt;, two great grandchildren, Moises & Sebastian Davies,; his siblings, Gerald (Betty) Hunt, Richard (Cathy) Hunt, Sr., Dianna (Doug) Kiskaden, Donna (Patrick) Hunt and Rebecca (Wally) Lucas, a special niece, Brenda Jackson, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be conducted at the graveside at the Hillcrest Gardens of Memories at 1pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. Attendees are urged to observe social distancing and to wear a mask.
