Charlene Williams Lang, 73, of May’s Lick passed away on January 17, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Carlisle on March 23,1948 daughter of the late Bernie & Mary Rice Williams. She was homemaker and a friend to all.
Survivors include two daughters, Maria (Eddie) Corns of Vanceburg and Tina Lang of May’s Lick; a son Charles T. (Angel) Lang III of Cynthiana; a step- daughter Johnda (Malcolm) Williams of Cincinnati, OH; a sister, Rosemary Compton of Carlisle; Five grandchildren, Bradley (Alex) Lang, Cherish Lang, Logan Corns, Macklyn Richarson, Xavier Lang; one great grandson, Kamden Lang along with her best friend and caretaker till the end Telesforo Lopez. She was preceded in death her parents and a daughter Nina Lang; her husband, Charles T. Lang, Jr. “Sugar Bear”; four brothers, Floyd Williams, Harry Williams, Leslie Williams and Albert Williams; five sisters, twin sister Arlene Patterson, Elizabeth Buckner, Emma Fields, Betty Williams and Elsa Davis.
Services will be conducted at 12 Noon on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Palmer Funeral Home & Crematory in May’s Lick with Rev. Randy Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the May’s Lick Cemetery.
