James A. “Jim” Wheeler, 82, of Maysville passed away at the Robertson County Health Care Facility on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. He was born in Mason County on October 19, 1938 son of the late James Milton Wheeler & Mary Mineer Wheeler Shelton. He retired with 40 plus years with Emerson Power Transmission.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years Linda Bradford Wheeler; 4 sons, Derek (Krista) Wheeler of May’s Lick; Tim (Sheila) Wheeler, Danny (Lois) Wheeler, and Donald (Carol) Wheeler all of Maysville; 10 grandchildren, Katie, Kenzie B., Dawson, Dexton and Josh Wheeler, Leslye Kerns, Kenton Wheeler, Kassidy Yon, Matt and Adam Wheeler; a brother, Freddy Shelton;3 sisters, Joan Hoskins, Darlene Brown, Ruth Ellen (Ronnie) Riggs; a cousin Norman (Janie) Hinton; brother-in-law Mike Bradford (Sharon Dennison); several great -grandchildren and nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by a son Matthew Craig Wheeler, his parents, father- and mother-in-law Charles (Dutch) and Mildred Bradford. 4 sisters, Phyllis Wise, Janice Cooper, Joyce Conley and Evelyn Wheeler.
